Liz is a highly qualified professional in the field of sports performance and rehabilitation, holding the titles of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
With over 10 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to enhancing athletic performance across a wide range of levels, from youth to professional athletes. Her extensive training includes specialized education in movement analysis through Movement Links, as well as certifications from esteemed organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition.
Throughout her career, Liz has developed a keen understanding of the physical and psychological aspects of athletic performance, allowing her to create comprehensive training programs that address the unique needs of each athlete. She focuses not only on building strength and conditioning but also on improving overall movement efficiency and preventing injuries, which is crucial for long-term success in sports.
Prior to founding Precision Athletix, Liz served as the Director of Sports Performance and Athlete Development at the Institute of Precision in Movement. In this pivotal role, she was instrumental in establishing the department's infrastructure and ensuring its growth and success. Liz took the lead in designing and supervising training programs that catered to athletes of varying experience levels, ensuring that each program was tailored to optimize performance while minimizing the risk of injury.
